GFS: HOME & AWAY From Geography Field studies, to Drop Down Days at the Natural History Museum and Army Museum...

OUT & ABOUT...

Natural History Museum DDD

A GFS Newsletter summer 2018.indd 11

s part of the Geography curriculum, Year 9 visited the Natural History Museum during the Spring Drop Down Day. Destiny reflects on his visit:

“The Natural History Museum trip was amazing and the fact that they had so many simulators and remains of animals of interest, is something really worth seeing.

There was even an earthquake simulator which was definitely worth experiencing, as I had studied natural hazards at the start of Year 9. This is a place that everyone should visit, as it is of huge interest and appeal to all ages.”
