A warm welcome to our new Board of Directors


Plymouth and Devon Chamber recently ran its election process for Board Directors, as a number of directors retire each year due to length of service or by rotation. In line with the Chamber’s constitution, there were six vacancies for directors this year and we were delighted to receive eleven nominations from very interested individuals. A ballot of the membership was held during June and the results were announced at the

Chamber’s Annual General Meeting on Monday 25 June at the Business Hub, Plymouth Marjon University.


Re-elected directors include: • Richard Stevens, Plymouth Citybus • Tim Jones, Start Point Finance


Newly elected directors include: • Dr Emily Beaumont, Plymouth Marjon University


• Craig Moore, Womble Bond Dickinson • Paul James, Delt Shared Services Ltd • Steve Whiteway, Improving Lives Plymouth.


Many thanks for the hard work undertaken by


the retiring directors – Dave Young, Andrew Sewell and Craig Sullivan and a very warm welcome to our new additions. With lots of exciting plans currently being made, there’ll be plenty of work for our new directors to get their teeth into.
