Get into the festive spirit this Christmas

The Chamber’s Annual Christmas Lunch, the flagship event in the Chamber’s Leicestershire events calendar, is the business event to attend if you want to kick-start the festive season in style. The 2018 lunch will be hosted at Winstanley House and the festivities will
begin at noon with a welcome drink reception before a three-course meal served with wine. After lunch you can continue networking and enjoy the top-class entertainment on offer. A charity raffle will also be held in aid of the East Midlands Chamber
Charitable Fund, with a range of prizes to be won. With key business contacts from across the whole region all in one place,
this event signals the start of the Christmas season in the region for many businesses.
TICKETS: Tickets are £60+VAT for Chamber members. You can book a table of ten for £550+VAT or this year, you can extend your table and book 12 places for £630+VAT, saving £7.50 per ticket. Non-member tickets cost £80+VAT or £800+VAT for a table of ten.

The Chamber’s Annual Golf Day is long-established, popular and a fantastic way to mix business with pleasure – with excellent networking opportunities throughout the day over a round of golf and the subsequent dinner and awards ceremony. Taking place at Shirland
Golf Club, nestled in the foothills of Amber Valley in Derbyshire, it offers an 18-hole parkland course with something to challenge golfers at all levels. This informal day is designed
to bring businesses together to share ideas and develop contacts and opportunities in a relaxed atmosphere. The event starts at 10.30am
with refreshments, followed by a welcome from the Chamber and golf pro Craig Swinburn. The game tees off with a shotgun start at 11.30am.

With applications now closed and the 2018 Business Awards finalists named it isn’t long until the winners will be announced at the 2018 Business Awards gala dinners. Taking place throughout
September, the gala dinners will offer an opportunity for businesses to come together and celebrate the success happening for local businesses. Whether you are a selected finalist or a business looking for an enjoyable night these events are not to be missed.
