Kai Horstmann, leading Exeter Chiefs player and a veteran of over 200 top flight games of rugby, is heading up an exciting brand new series of Team-i training courses for businesses which give an insight into the teamwork and planning strategies of his career and how they can be successfully applied to the workplace.


Course aims Learn about creating a winning culture and the importance of good leadership.
