This month we spoke to one of our new members about themselves and the company they work for.


What is your name and who do you work for? I am Mark Popplewell and I am the General Manager for the South Molten business Norbord Ltd. I have worked for the company for the past 26 years and have extensive experience in the supply of materials to the UK kitchen and furniture industry.


What is it Norbord does? Norbord Europe Ltd is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of engineered wood-based panel products. Our products are used extensively in the construction, DIY and furniture sectors. Norbord is the largest

Devon we manufacture kitchen cabinets for major kitchen retailers across Europe. We have been at that particular location for 30 years and continue to innovate and improve processes in order to produce a higher quality product.


How can your products be purchased? Norbord products are stocked across the UK in builders and timber merchants. In October 2018 we will be


manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of kitchen carcasses and doors from our South Molton site.
