Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces Class Times for May and June
I
mprove your health and energy with Taoist Tai Chi. Reduce stress and be- come more relaxed. New classes start in May and June at locations through- out the Triangle and include a four-month beginner package for new students. No special clothing, equipment, or aptitude is needed to learn. The practice of Taoist Tai Chi promotes health and wellbeing for people of all ages and health conditions. Students consistently report relief from pain, better flexibility and balance, and reduced stress.

New classes began at the Cornerstone Presbyterian Church, 2200 High House Road in Cary at 6:30pm Wednesday, May 2. On Thursday, May 3, classes begin at Church of the Nativity, 8849 Ray Road in Raleigh at 9:30am. Monday, May 7 classes began at Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 4907 Garrett Road in Durham at 11am, and at Unity Church of Raleigh, 5214 Departure Drive, at 6:30pm. On May 14 classes begin in Raleigh at Blue Lotus Yoga Studio, 401 N West Street, Suite 105 at 1:30pm.
In June classes begin at Southern Star Ballroom in the Falls Village Shop- ping Center, 6625-015 Falls of the Neuse Road at 10am on Monday, June 4. On Tuesday, June 5, classes start at 10:30am and 6:30pm at Unity of the Triangle, 5570 Munford.
