Britain’s leading independent cruise line

With a fleet of five traditional cruise ships, Cruise and Maritime Voyages has become Britain’s leading independent cruise line. CMV upholds a more traditional British cruise experience aboard smaller to mid-sized cruise ships offering a home from home ambience combining delicious food and stylish entertainment with friendly and attentive service.

Columbus

We recognise that the convenience of sailing from a regional departure port is one of the main reasons for choosing a CMV cruise. During 2018, we will be operating cruises from no less than eleven British ports – London Tilbury, Bristol Avonmouth, Bristol Port, Cardiff, Poole, Portsmouth, Harwich, Hull, Liverpool, Newcastle Tyne and Dundee. Plus, Dublin and Cobh for our Irish guests.

Magellan

Our summer cruises to the Norwegian fjords, Baltic Cities, British Isles, Iceland and Canary Islands & Madeira remain as popular as ever. For something different, take a look at Marco Polo’s cruises to the North Cape, White Sea and Murmansk and Hidden Baltic Treasures. There’s a unique Grand Scottish Lochs, Glens, Islands & Ireland itinerary on board Astoria and, Magellan will embark on a Mediterranean Odyssey to savour.

Marco Polo

Spoil yourself on a Christmas & New Year celebration to the Canary Islands & Madeira, or voyage to the Caribbean & Mexico. Enroute, relax and enjoy sandy beaches and swaying palms, seeing in the New Year in Barbados. Perhaps extend your stay in Mexico, or take our Trans Panama Experience. Alternatively, fly to Mexico and sail back to the UK at Eastertime.

Astoria

Marco Polo will embark on a thrilling 70 night adventure circling South America and visiting Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, the Falkland Islands, Chile, Peru and Ecuador. Then, she will transit the Panama Canal to Colombia and the West Indies before voyaging home.

Astor

On our epic 120 night Grand Round the World Cruise Columbus will take you to the Caribbean, Mexico, the Panama Canal, French Polynesia, New Zealand and Australia before exploring the Far East (including China and Japan), India, Egypt and Jordan. The Suez Canal will lead Columbus to the Holy Land and the Mediterranean homeward bound. Shorter sectors are also available.

The stylish, premium Astor offers the chance to experience a spectacular voyage between the UK and Australasia. Perhaps choose to combine one of Astor’s voyages with a sector of Columbus’ World Cruise including the chance to visit friends or relatives ‘Down Under’.

Spring & Summer 2019

Our 2019 preview section highlights Marco Polo and Astoria’s spring programme of cruises together with the chance to book early on Marco Polo’s spectacular Arctic Greenland and Canada in the Fall cruises. We expect demand for these explorer voyages to be very high, so we strongly recommend that you book early.

Whatever you choose, we look forward to welcoming you on board.
