The Port of Tilbury offers pre-bookable long term car parking at £11 per vehicle per night for cruises up to 25 nights and £7 per vehicle per night for cruises of 26 nights or more. 120 night World Cruise Special £299 per vehicle. We act as agents only for car parking reservations and bookings are subject to the Port of Tilbury’s car parking conditions. To reserve a car parking place, simply request at the time of booking and the cost will be added to your holiday. Full details will be sent with your final documentation.


) Victoria Cruise Coach Service


A pre-bookable ‘cruise coach’ service will operate between London Victoria Coach Station and the London Cruise Terminal at Tilbury at £25 per person return. To book the Victoria Cruise Coach service, simply request at the time of booking and the cost will be added to your holiday. Full details will be sent with your final documentation.

C2C operate services from London Fenchurch Street to Tilbury Town which is about one mile from the London Cruise Terminal. Taxis are available for the short transfer to the terminal.

Once you have booked your holiday, should you subsequently cancel your booking, our standard cancellation charges will apply. We will forward a confirmation invoice to you, or your agent detailing the costs of your holiday.

Approximately 56 days prior to sail date, advance passenger information and the shore excursion programme will be forwarded to you.


Final balance payments must be received by us no later than 90 days prior to departure date.


All payments can be made by: Mastercard or Visa credit cards, American Express, debit cards, or cheque.


Once full payment has been received, your final travel documents comprising ticket voucher, embarkation details and baggage labels will be sent approximately 14 days prior to departure.
