Astoria Cabin Information


Astoria offers a wide choice of well appointed and comfortable cabin accommodation which is graded according to size, and/ or position within the ship. Each cabin is air conditioned with private en-suite facilities including marble floored bathrooms with a bath and shower over, plus ample wardrobe and storage space. All cabins have music channels; a television for in-house movies, news and information channels; a hairdryer; fridge; and a personal safe. The junior suites, balcony suites and owner’s presidential suite also have the added benefit of Jacuzzi baths and a seating area within the cabin.


Category 1: Standard Twin Inner


(Average size 157 sq ft/14.59sq m) There are 17 cabins of this type on Pacific & Aegean Deck without a sea view and comprising two lower beds. 16 have two fold-away upper pullman berths and the other with one pullman berth.


Category 2: Standard Plus Twin Inner


(Average size 157 sq ft/14.59sq m) Located on Atlantic Deck there are 5 cabins of this type without a sea view and comprising two lower beds some of which can convert to a double bed. One cabin also has two fold-away upper pullman berths.


Category 3: Superior Twin Inner


(Average size 172 sq ft/16.06sq m) There are 12 cabins of this type on Mediterranean Deck without a sea view and comprising two lower beds. All of the cabins also have two fold- away upper pullman berths.


Category 11: Superior Plus Twin Ocean View


(Average size 155 sq ft/14.46sq m) Located on Mediterranean Deck there are 20 cabins of this type with a window sea view and comprising two lower beds, some of which can convert to a double. Cabin 436 has a double bed.


Category 8: Standard Plus Twin Ocean View


(Average size 160 sq ft/14.88sq m) Located on Atlantic Deck, there are 24 cabins of this type with a port hole sea view and comprising two lower beds, some of which can convert to a double bed.


Category 9: Superior Twin Ocean View


(Average size 148 sq ft/13.77sq m) There are 38 cabins of this type on Mediterranean Deck with a window sea view and comprising two lower beds, some of which can convert to a double bed. Some of the cabins also have either one or two fold-away upper Pullman berths.


Category 7: Standard Twin Ocean View


(Average size 127 sq ft/11.82sq m) There are 17 cabins of this type comprising two lower beds. Although located on the higher Navigators Deck, these cabins have an obstructed sea view and are priced accordingly.


Category 12: Premium Twin Ocean View Category 4: Premium Twin Inner


(Average size 117 sq ft/10.92sq m) There are 11 cabins of this type without a sea view and comprising two lower beds, most of which can convert to a double bed. Cabin 502 has a double bed. Six cabins have one fold-away upper Pullman berth. They are located on Navigators & Promenade Deck.


Category 6: Standard Twin Ocean View


(Average size 165 sq ft/15.41sq m) There are 30 cabins of this type on Pacific Deck comprising two lower beds, the majority of which can convert to a double bed. Some of the cabins also have one or two upper pullman berths.


Category DL: De Luxe Ocean View (Average size 153 sq ft/14.29sq m)


There are 10 cabins of this type with a window sea view and comprising two lower beds, most of which can convert to a double bed. They are all located on Promenade Deck.


Single Cabins


Ocean View Cabin - The term to describe a cabin which has natural light from a porthole or a window.


Inner Cabin - This describes a cabin which has artificial light only. All cabins are well ventilated and have individually controlled air conditioning.


Note: the forward section cabins on promenade deck (cats 4, 10, 12) have a small stepped area within the corridor that may not be suited to passengers with limited mobility.


Lifts - There are lifts operating between Aegean and Observation Decks as shown on the Deck Plan.

Category 5: Superior Single Inner (Average size 151 sq ft/14.04sq m)


Located on Mediterranean Deck, there are 4 cabins of this type without a sea view and comprising two lower beds.


Category 10: Superior Single Ocean View (Average size 123 sq ft/11.48sq m)


There are 6 cabins of this type with a window sea view. They are located on Promenade & Mediterranean Deck.

(Average size 132 sq ft/12.28sq m) There are 41 cabins of this type on Navigators & Promenade Deck with a window sea view and comprising two lower beds, some of which can convert to a double bed. Five cabins have either one or two fold-away upper Pullman berths.
