Johnston is a board-certifi ed Osteopathic Physician. His extensive background in osteopathy, combined with his training in a whole-body approach to health and wellness, brings unique insight to patient care at The Breiner Whole-Body Health Center in Fairfi eld.
W Dr. Johnston has additional training in hands-on Osteopathic
Manipulative Treatment (OMT) for infants, children, adults and seniors. He has studied functional and nutritional medicine. Most recently Dr. Johnston attended post-graduate education in the relationship of temporomandibular joint dysfunction as it relates to spinal problems; this knowledge will be valuable in co-treatment with Dr. Mark Breiner’s dental patients.

In addition to Bountiful Blessings’ new Rocky Hill location Jo has been busy constructing and opening her Sedona, AZ offi ce. Sedona’s amazing energies have called Jo to be of service to clients and students who live in and visit this amazing place for healing and spiritual guidance.

In all of Jo’s work she serves as a channel bridging the gap between the physical and spiritual worlds through guided messages and healings. Healing and reading sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled using her online scheduler for both of- fi ces. Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy classes are provided on a rotating schedule in both locations so be sure to check her class schedules listed on websites. Studio retail hours vary monthly and are posted on website. Many one-of-a-kind pieces are fi rst displayed in the studio and usually get snatched up before they can make it to the online store.
