With over 30 years experience, Archbond are experts in industrial PE foam lamination. From record-breaking hot-air balloons (pictured) to GT race cars our laminated products have assisted others to achieve their aims in many places.


In our factory in Leicester we have flame, IR, PUR and hot melt capability for all your lamination requirements.


Currently operating from a 24,000 square foot factory in Enderby, we have the capability to offer many different combining and lamination processes to suit end use requirements.


These include: • Reactive polyurethane • Pressure sensitive adhesives • Hot melt adhesive • Infra-red activation of webs • Coating of polyolefins or EV • Flame bonding


Working with materials up to 2 metres wide flexible to flexible and flexible to rigid laminates are readily achieved for eventual uses in Automotive, Building, Consumer, Sports and Leisure, Apparel, Medical and Industrial applications.
