FC Cartons relocates its operations

An East Midlands-based business providing specialist carton finishing solutions has plenty of room to expand after relocating to a purpose-designed unit. FC Cartons, which was advised

on the deal by Chamber member Nelsons Solicitors, has taken a ten- year lease on the premises at Langham Park Industrial Estate, in Castle Donington. Mary Gharmount, Associate and

Commercial Property Solicitor at Nelsons, said: “There were challenges relating to works that needed to be done to the property before FC Cartons could relocate. The landlord agreed to put right £30,000 worth of work in the first three months of the lease so that our client did not take on the burden and cost of these works. “We’re really pleased to assist

FC Cartons with its latest expansion plans.”
