Next Menu Feature

REVOLUTIONISE YOUR VENUE

NextMenu want to revolutionise the hospitality industry and automate away every piece of repetitive and non-differentiating work in the food and drink serving space, leaving people to focus on the bits that really make the difference:

* Creating mouth-watering dishes and beverages

* Looking after overall guest experience

We find out from Marketing specialist Radu Enesel exactly how this is being implemented by these hospitality landscape changing tech wizards.

The all time present benefit our systems offer is elevating the customer experience, this is our constant. Many industries have figured out how to do “digital customer experience” - we’re helping restaurants do that too.

So, in a nutshell, how can a NextMenu system benefit a venue serving food and drink?...

This very much depends on the venue type, as every restaurant faces different challenges. A main general reference point would be cutting costs and serving more people, faster, better. This is backed up and confirmed by several industries that use Self-Order devices (supermarkets, public transportation, hotel check ins, etc). If we were to dig a little deeper into the problem I would definitely list Queue Management, Continuous Up-Selling, CRM, Data Capturing and Food Safety as some of the most important features one could benefit from a NextMenu system.

There’s a lot of people asking us: what can you and your devices do for me? We pride ourselves on solving problems. Our products are fully customisable, and by customisable I am not only referring to it’s branding and design. We do custom software features, pricing and support. There’s no reason for anyone to buy a Self-Order Kiosk that has certified facial recognition (part of loyalty feature) if your main problem as a QSR is staff shortage. We tailor our products to solve our client’s existing problems.

You state that your first goal was to create a product that would meet the market needs. Namely the premium free standing, self-order, self-pay kiosk. You’ve comfortably achieved this and must be very happy with how it’s been received?...

Absolutely, in this industry you always have to consider both the needs of the customer and the venue manager. The kiosk is meeting the market needs of both parties and this is why it has been such a success at McDonald’s as well. As I’ve said before the Kiosk has proven its utility in so many other industries. Think about ticket purchasing in train stations, it’s nice to have a certain level of freedom, you don’t have to queue for a long time, you can pay at the machine and order whatever you want with no pressure. For a hospitality manager it is particularly useful because it reduces the extra staff that you need only for those pesky rush ours. It is more than another sales channel, it is a real game changer.

The Augmented Reality Glasses are truly incredible. This award winning technology is going to revolutionise the way waiting staff operate. How long do you think it will take for venue owners to truly embrace the product?...
