Cocktails Feature ‘THE BROCKMANS GIN MOCHA MARTINI’

If your customers think of gin cocktails only as an early evening cocktail, consider suggesting that they round-off the evening with a coffee served as they may never have tasted it before.

The Brockmans Mocha Martini is the perfect late night toast for Valentine’s Day - or to close any special evening. Darkly seductive, gin can be so much more than the classic Martini or G&T, delicious though these are.

With only four simple ingredients, the complexity of the gin makes this Mocha Martini one to savour.

Brockmans Gin, the gin like no other, brims with blueberry and blackberry notes, has a hint of bitter-sweet Valencian orange peel, coriander and other exquisite botanicals such as angelica, lemon peel, liquorice, almond, orris and juniper berries. that ring with romance in both taste and colour...

Method: Ingredients:

• 35ml Brockmans Gin • 15ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur • 50ml Fresh Espresso

To Sweeten:

Add vanilla syrup, sugar syrup or sugar cubes to required taste before shaking.
