HOTELYMPIA DEBUT FOR NEW ‘MIXOLOGY’ VINTAGE CRYSTAL COCKTAIL GLASSWARE FROM ARTIS

Artis, a leading supplier to the foodservice industry of tableware, glassware and bar accessories, will be exhibiting a plethora of new products on its stand at Hotelympia. The vintage look for cocktail service goes from strength to strength, so this year the Artis stand will feature an extensive portfolio of on-trend glassware, including Mixology’, a new collection of vintage style crystal glassware from Luigi Bormioli.
MIXOLOGY
Mixology is a collection of luxury crystal glassware and bar accessories that have been carefully crafted to optimise mixed drink preparation and presentation. The collection comprises several different styles – Textures, Charme and Elixir in hi-ball and double old fashioned glasses alongside spritz, coupe, martini glasses and gin goblets. Both the Gin goblet and spritz feature generous bowls with a faceted flame design whilst the coupe and martini having a delicate elegance about them. The different pieces are perfect for mixing and matching cocktail glassware – putting it bang on trend.
Mixology is manufactured using Luigi Bormioli’s patented SON.hyx process. This gives the glassware a high level of transparency and brilliance, even after 4,000 commercial dishwasher cycles. The glass stems are titanium reinforced, for an enhanced hardness and resistance
to abrasion and breakage. They are totally dishwasher safe.
The different glassware styles are complemented with bitters bottles, mixing jug, dash bottles and a decanter. Selected price points include the Charme double old fashioned at £4.05; the gin goblet at £6.29; the coupe £4.45 and the Elixir decanter costing £9.98.
Visitors to Hotelympia will be the first to see the full collection of vintage cocktail ware from Artis. Alternatively, the 2018 catalogue will be available from 1st March.
