The biscotti journey for Starlings Artisan Foods owner Rebecca Starling began with a passion for the Mediterranean and the flavours that Mediterranean baking offers. Having spent many years working in the food industry she has now decided to focus her experience and passion into developing her own take on the understated Italian biscotti.
Over the last couple of years she has dedicated her time to refining the baking process and balancing these delicate flavours in order to produce the most delicious snacks. We are now excited to offer a truly innovational range of both sweet and savoury biscotti with gluten free flavours launching soon.
Sweet
The butter based biscuits provide a delicious golden crunch - gone is the need to dunk your biscotti! These versatile biscuits can be enjoyed on their
own or used to enhance your favourite dessert, rich coffee or yummy hot chocolate.
STARLINGS TOP TIP - Try the Italian option and dip in to a glass of sweet Vin Santo!
Savoury
The divine Parmesan biscuits will quickly become a store cupboard essential. Containing an array of fragrant and delectable Mediterranean
ingredients, these savoury bites will enhance any tapas or sharing platter - just make sure you have enough for your guests - who will always be left wanting more!
