The phenomenal development which takes place between birth and school age is a unique phase in a child's life. As coaches of Gymnastics & Trampolining, one of our roles is to capitalize on their ability to absorb knowledge in a physical environment.

Gymnastic type activities are the basis for ALL sports; on land or in water, with or without a ball, racquet or other apparatus.

In our classes we facilitate the learning of basic motor skills by introducing a huge variety of activities, which

develop:- coordination, balance, strength, speed and flexibility. The eyes, ears, muscles and joints, join forces to perform movement patterns, which after repetition and practice are installed into a specific section of the brain. Throughout childhood, these patterns are reproduced and consequently refined as the body develops. Thus, Pre-school gymnastics classes are an avenue to explore activities which will benefit every part of their lives.

Additionally the children have fun, socialize, share apparatus and develop patience. Listening skills are important so that a few rules can be observed to maintain a safe environment....... because safety is our priority!
