Dorset Business Award Winners!
Forum Jewellers were winners at a glittering awards ceremony in Bournemouth.
The Dorset Business Awards, in its 23rd successful year and organised by the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry, are the county’s fl agship awards for business and Forum won the ‘Retail and Leisure Experience’ Award, beating off stiff competition in the category.
Lead judge, John Grinnell, from sponsors The Dolphin Shopping Centre says: “Forum Jewellers has a very professional team on the shop fl oor, and
this professionalism extends to the website
and their social media. The company has been shortlisted as one of our fi nalists for the past three years and has taken on board all the feedback from mystery shoppers over the years.” He continues: “From looking in the shop window at the jewellery where the beautiful products are on display in a well- presented manner, to entering the shop where the customer experience continues, excellent information was provided on the item to be purchased, as well as advice on features and benefi ts of their designer collections. Forum Jewellers provides a wonderful experience from start to fi nish.”
