Welcome from the
editor
Ihope you enjoy this anniversary copy of Envoy magazine and especially our brand new interactive
cover. All you need to do is download the ‘Layar’app onto your phone, scan the cover and watch it come alive.
Finding the right clip was quite achallenge and after much deliberation, we think this RAF100 celebratory piece is perfectly timed. We hope you find it as inspiring as we did here at the Families Federation.
Iwould like to send an additional huge thank you to my contacts at RAF Marham, RAF Coningsby,Lockheed Martin and also the RAF Charitable Trust for working with us in our quest to find ‘the clip’. It proved much harder, using established film footage than we ever imagined it would.
To finish, there is aprize page for the historic bookworms among you so keep your eye out for that near the back of the magazine. I’m always on the lookout for prizes to share out, so any offers will always be very welcome!
