Upton In Bloom Poems From Upton Schools
The Annual Schools Eco Poetry Competition was a real challenge this year for the judges. The 18 fi nalists from the three age groups (5-7, 8-9 and 10-11) presented their poems to an audience of teachers, parents and fellow pupils, in Yarrells’ library this November. The talented students pictured below were whittled down from an entry of over 350 children from Upton Infants, Upton Junior and Yarrells Schools.
