Random Roamers
In the future we are hoping to organise some day trips for seniors if we get enough interest. The charge for the trips will cover the cost of the coach; any profi t will be used for subsequent trips.
The fi rst trip will be to BASHLEY for the Christmas show. This is a very popular old time music hall show with good food, tea and cakes. This is planned for Thursday 30th November – the coach will be paid for, therefore the total cost this year will be £28 per person. This will be for the show, Christmas dinner, tea and a gratuity. A vegetarian option is available if required. Names and phone numbers to Lindsay 01202 623749 or June 01202 632114 if interested please. As this is almost fully booked, we cannot guarantee places. If necessary we will compile a waiting list, but it will be fi rst come fi rst served. Payment will need to be made on booking.
Any further trips will not start until sometime in the New Year. Suggestions of places to visit will be helpful please. For example: Weymouth, Swanage, Dorchester Market, garden centres, etc. The trips will be approximately 4-5 hours and will leave from Upton Community Centre.
