christie & co sell belfast pharmacy


christie & co has announced the recent sale of formula health pharmacy on belfast’s high Street.


the business was placed on the market confidentially, attracting interest from northern Ireland and the republic of Ireland largely due to the pharmacy’s advantageous location in the city centre, which has generated strong retail sales.


‘although the pharmacy was dispensing a low number of items,’ said Karl clezy, Director at christie & co, ‘interested parties could see there was an opportunity to grow the retail offering. With few pharmacies for sale in northern Ireland, we received


a high number of enquiries for this pharmacy from an array of buyers, including corporate operators, as well as first-time buyers. We sold the pharmacy off a guide price of £300,000 to independent operators from northern Ireland. I am confident


the new owners can make a success of the business.’
