Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces New Classes


Improve your health and energy with Taoist Tai Chi. Reduce stress and become more relaxed. New classes start in September at locations throughout the Triangle. The Society offers a four-month beginner package for new students. No special clothing, equipment, or aptitude is needed to learn. The practice of Taoist Tai Chi promotes health and wellbeing for people of all ages and health conditions. 105, on Wednesday, September 6 at 1:30 p.m., in Cary at Cornerstone Presby- terian Church at 6:30 p.m. and in Durham at Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 4907 Garrett Triangle Road, at 11 a.m. On Thursday, September seven new classes begin in Durham at the Episcopal Center at Duke at 6 p.m. New classes begin at the Unity Church of Raleigh, 5214 Departure Drive, on Monday, September 11 at 6:30 p.m., and at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 25 at the Southern Star Ballroom in the Falls Village Shopping Center, 6625-015 Falls of the Neuse Road in Raleigh. On Tuesday, October 3, new classes begin at Unity of the Triangle, 5570 Munford Road at 10:30 a.m. and at 6:30 p.m. Celebrate UN International Day of Older Persons (October 1) by joining a class.
