trading by expanding
leet’s premium independent retailer, Experience, celebrated 23 years in Fleet by moving to a new, much larger premises in the Hart Centre this weekend. Customers were treated to a glass of fizz and the chance to win fashion vouchers.
Emma Molyneux said, “This has been very much a family company which was founded by my parents over 30 years ago, with the Fleet store opening 23 years ago. I now own the business and my daughter, Laura, also works alongside me. We are delighted to be able to introduce more of our fashion collections to our loyal customers and to the new customers who are now discovering us. Our new season stock will be arriving in store from July and we are very excited as the additional space affords us so many options for display.
One loyal customer, Dame Martina Milburn, CEo of the Prince’s Trust said:“I have been shopping at Experience for over 20 years and bring friends and colleagues from London on a regular basis. There is always something new in store whether you want something to wear everyday, for holidays or for a special occasion. I also love the personal service, something that seems to be getting harder to find these days.”
Another customer, Tracey Shrimpton said, “I shop here regularly, my mother in law who lives in Wiltshire also enjoys shopping here whenever she visits and we recently bought shoes for my 16 year old daughter for her prom. There really is something here for every generation.”
Caroleanne Baker, Manager of the Hart Centre said, “We are delighted to welcome one of Fleet’s flagship independent businesses to the Hart Centre and being able to offer a boutique presence and international fashion collections normally associated with London.”
