Jazzercise changed my life. At my fi rst class in January 2015, I was overweight, unfi t and didn’t move very much at all. I took it slow and steady, helped by the low impact versions of most routines demonstrated throughout, so you can ‘drop the hop’ but keep dancing.


But, last April, things started to change. I increased the size of weights I was using; not only does Jazzercise torch fat with calorie- blasting cardio routines, it helps you tone and build muscle with a strength training segment in every class! I also attended four classes a week to achieve maximum benefi ts, and I overhauled


Today, I’m over 3½ stone lighter and a qualifi ed instructor, happy, healthy and still pinching myself to check that it’s real.
