EDITORIAL Wow—what a wild ride!
STEP UP, ROLL UP.... There have been SO many opportunities to *step up* over these past few weeks! How about for you? Many people I've been speaking to have been experiencing similar things – a barrage of 'obstacles' to overcome.... We've had such big transformations in
LivingNow land! While we're now extremely happy with what we're able to offer you – readers and advertisers alike – please humour me a moment while I encourage you to take a BIG breath with me... and WOW it out!!! As a team, over this past month,
we've had broken laptops, ceaseless coughs and enforced exiles (due to visa restrictions). We've battled ruptured discs and pneumonia and all manner of headaches, literal and metaphorical!
GRATITUDE GETS ME THROUGH; HOW ABOUT YOU? How did you go through the recent solstice? As I'm writing this editorial, it's the first day after the longest night... a fact about which I am rather pleased! For us in the Southern Hemisphere it was a looooooooooong, cold night! Although entirely logical, it still seems kinda funny to think of it being heady summer in other parts of the world right now; perception is such an impacting thing, isn't it!? Sometimes it has felt like "too much",
and yet here we are, on the other side of all that difficulty, with wonderful results to bring you & that level of deep satisfaction that only
ensuring that this quality, independent publication gets to every state and territory in Australia from this July/ August magazine!
comes through facing the tribulations front on, and prevailing. A few key aspects have stood out
throughout this for me: the importance of having (and being) a great team, the joy of having (and being) a loving partner and the value of having (and using) effective tools. I am SO grateful for having (yep; and being) all of these! Do you have these elements in your life/ workplace? I believe they're within the reach of all of us. And I know that many of the offerings (both articles and advertisements) in this magazine will help you access them.
HAVING A VISION IS IMPORTANT TOO! Do you have visions for what you want to create in your world? I'm finding that the clearer I am on what my vision is, the closer I get to achieving it – indeed, the more I actually LIVE it. And I keep seeing that the more inclusive I make my vision, the greater the positive flow for its happening. I feel that bringing others with me for my vision expands the joy. This is why we're now
