You will be food journaling daily to keep you on track. Every week we will make a GF recipe or 2 for you to enjoy. You’ll be given recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks, using organic, whole, unprocessed and unrefined ingredients that will help heal your gut and nourish your
body.This class will equip you with all the knowledge you need to know about living and maintaining a whole food GF lifestyle, free of processed and refined GF products. You will see how you can prepare the foods you love and still enjoy them by using ingredients that will heal rather than harm.
