While we will never forget, we are moving forward each day to be the best partner we can be to those we serve, and a place where our employees can be proud to work. We will continue to do the right thing. Part of this healing process is to meaningfully give back to the Chattanooga community, and one of the projects we’ve started has been with Habitat for Humanity. In June, we began building a home for a Chattanooga family and our local team members and
leadership will be building the home for 16 weeks. It’s one of many steps in facilitating that healing process.
Te tragedy has deeply and personally affected me and the people on my team. Te Durham family is even closer and has a greater sense of purpose than before. We are all committed to making a difference. I’ve had the good fortune to work in this special industry for the past 30 years, and I truly love what I do and deeply respect the peo- ple I work with.
