HIIT THE MARK
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the pulse of all T3 workouts. The range of six T3 programmes sees HIIT go head-to-head with bodyweight, kettlebell and plyometric training, as well as results-driven circuits, resistance training and combat-based exercise complexes.
T3 workouts provide integrative, multi-planar, metabolic conditioning to deliver health and performance benefits. They can be delivered by personal trainers, gym and group ex instructors on the gym floor, in the studio or at home in 30-minute sessions.
