id you know that you can personalise your Desktop? Here are 4 ways to create a Desktop that’s just right for you.
1. tidy Up Your Desktop icons Do you have icons on the Desktop that are
unwanted and unused? It’s easy to add and delete icons and just have icons that you use most frequently.
2. Customise the Quick links You can choose to have links to programs you
use most often in the Taskbar which runs along the bottom of your screen. These are just like icons on the Desktop!
3. Choose Your background Why not use your own picture as a desktop
background or one of the Windows pictures. You can change the background as often as you like!
4. Customise Your gadgets If you have Windows 7 or Vista, you can choose Desktop “Gadgets” such as a clock, the temperature or currency converter.
