ADJUVANTS AND SPRAYING AIDS Mixture B 5L
Mixture-B is a non-ionic wetter/spreader, which greatly enhances the effect of glyphosate. When used it cuts the waxy layer on plant leaves to speed the uptake of glyphosate. It can thus be most useful in a number of ways. Firstly it will enhance uptake to kill difficult weeds such as bracken, Japanese knotweed, brush wood weeds, sow thistles and others. Secondly it will speed up the action of glyphosate to reduce the time it takes to work. Thirdly it will speed uptake if rainfall is threatening and ensure the glyphosate works in marginal conditions. Finally, for “normal” weeds, its effect will enhance the effects of glyphosate enough to allow a considerable reduction in application rates and still give excellent results. Use at 2% of spray solution. Every spray operative should keep some handy!

Codacide Oil 25L
A vegetable oil-based sticker for adding to sprays. Codacide Oil sticks and spreads herbicides (or insecticides) onto target vegetation enhancing the effect and making the application virtually rainfast in minutes. Its use can allow reduced rates of active herbicide in some situations and it also has the added benefits of reducing spray drift and of acting as a spray marker because all treated vegetation glistens with an oily sheen, especially useful in forestry, spraying bracken, woolly aphids and other similar situations. Keep some to hand and use if rain threatens to stop play!

Guard Pro 2.5L Spray drift reducer and waterproofer
Headland Guard Pro can be added to sprays to drastically reduce drift, to make sprays rainfast, and to enhance the effect of applied products. It is especially useful near water or trees and shrubs, where chemical drift may pose a threat to humans and wildlife.
