MOSS CONTROL FOR HARD SURFACES MMC Pro 5L
MMC Pro is a high performance broad-spectrum anti-bacterial disinfectant, fungicide, algaecide and detergent. Contains no bleach or acids, and is readily biodegradable to EC/OECD standards. Targets green/black mould, algae and moss on all exterior hard surfaces.
MMC Pro will kill moss, mould and other growths within typically 2-4 days and the secondary detergent action will help to gently clean the treated surface in the following weeks and months. Typically this
protection will be for 6-9 months after the first application and 8- 12 months after subsequent applications.
MMC Pro moss killer is suitable for use on all exterior hard surfaces including drives, roofs, paths, tennis courts, concrete, tarmac and block paving. Depending on the nature of the surface, dilution rate applied and natural weathering, the product will generally prevent re-growth for approximately 9 months (and longer on absorbent surfaces such as timber fencing).

When treating Moss, ensure you apply MMC Pro such that it is in contact with the moss stem foliage. To treat a standard size tennis court at the recommended dilution rate, 5 tubs of MMC Pro are required.

Ecochem Algae and Moss Remover is powerful, fast acting and easy to use. Surfaces are protected from algae and moss growth for up to 6 months, and is totally biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

Application: Depending on the degree of algae and moss growth dilute Ecochem Algae and Moss Remover 1:5 to 1:20 with water. Spray the surface to be treated, ensuring good overall wetting. There is no need to brush or wash down the treated surface after application. Apply only during dry weather and when no rain is expected for 12 hours. After 24 to 48 hours algae and moss will be killed. Dry residues can be wiped away or will disappear with weathering.
Coverage for 1 Litre: 1:5 will treat approximately 50m2 will treat approximately 1000m2
and algae for at least 18 months - and very often more than 24 months.
