T e Board of Directors T e business, policies and priorities of the Council are established by the Board of Directors. Each Association Member shall be entitled to designate one individual to serve as a Director of the Council. Please review this list to make sure your association is a member and to ensure active representation for your group on the MHC Board of Directors. Each of the other membership categories (farm, business and individual) shall be represented by at-large Directors elected by ballot. T ere shall be one at-large Director for every 25 or fewer youth-club Members, for every 25 or fewer business/farm Members, and for every 25 or fewer individual Members. T e Board of Directors meet quarterly; meetings are open to all.

Executive Committee T e Executive Committee is comprised of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and fi ve Directors elected by the Board.


T e Executive Committee shall execute the business, policy and priorities established by the Board, and in the course thereof shall have authority to exercise all those powers and duties of the Board, not specifi cally reserved to the Board by the By-laws. A written report on Executive Committee meetings shall be available to all the Directors. T e Executive Committee may appoint additional non-voting, advisory members from time to time in its discretion.
