We are already well into 2011, and show season is just around the corner now, with Joanne Milton’s annual Reiny Season Clinic scheduled to kick things off on April 30/May 1. This event is a fundraiser for the ORHA, so please try to attend if you can.

And just to wrap up the 2010 show results, I am delighted to congratulate Michelle Mahabir on being the 2010 Reining Canada Beginner Champion (a title I am proud to say I won in 2004). Michelle also gives her time and energy to the ORHA in her role as Associ- ation Treasurer (and formerly Secretary, a role now filled by Linda Barnes). Thank you to Michelle and Linda and the other Board mem- bers for all the hard work they do on behalf of the O.R.H.A.

The OBBO is going to host another Trots & Slots Day on March 26, 2011. Last year everyone had a great time - the weather was good, food was great and the races were exciting. And maybe with a little luck you will go home with some extra money in your pocket!
This year we are doing something special - LOUD SHIRT DAY. We would like you to come wearing your brightest and most colourful shirt.
