This annual weeklong event takes place during the celebration of Texas’ inde- pendence at the Diamond B Ranch in Palestine. It features four divisions of wagon races, Bronc Fann’n, a cowboy–style match race, pasture roping and a mount- ed shooting competition. Additional activities include trail rides, Dutch oven cook- ing classes, cowboy poetry, herd dog demonstrations, bull whip demonstrations, horse auctions, barn dances, live music, cowboy church and much more. Camping passes and day passes are available.
