Balluff BMF 243 Electronic Cylinder Switch
M agnetic-field sensitive, electronic cylinder
switches from Balluff impress with precise and bounce-free switching response, simple handling and universal use. With the BMF 243, the sensor specialist has now rounded off its product line with magnetic field sensors for space-critical applications in Pneumatic Cylinders.
The BMF 243 compact
sensor offers high performance reserves for cylinders with both weak as well as with strong magnets and convinces with high repeat accuracy and small hysteresis. Thanks to its small dimensions of 3.8 x 24 x 3 mm, it is the ideal choice for particularly small grippers and cylinders with C- slots. With its integrated bracket the sensor is simply inserted into the slot from above, fitting completely into the cylinder without protruding. The switch point is adjusted in seconds using a screwdriver.

Flexible electronic differential pressure D
ifferential Pressure is available as a standard option in all sensors in the VEGABAR 80 range. No special field electronics enclosures or transducers, it only requires a standard device with a ‘slave’ electronics module in the other, eliminating chemical seals, impulse lines and capillary systems.
Any
VEGABAR 80’s from the range can be used, minimising cost, complexity and stocks and you get both HP, DP and LP pressure measurements. Mix housings: ‘submersible IP68’ and standard IP66/7. Mix materials: flush ceramic and recessed metal diaphragms. Combine sensor designs: submersible ‘hydrostatic’ transmitters with standard flanged. The standard interconnecting distance is 25m, but can extend to over 100m. Connection sizes from ½” BSP/NPT (flush) upwards.
