◗ MSC Sinfonia, the second MSC Cruises’ ship to be stretched under a €200 million renaissance programme, returns to service next month after being cut in half and then welded back together with a new midsection. The vessel will offer 193 more cabins and new play areas created in partnership with Chicco and Lego.
◗ SeaDream Yacht Club is offering eight wine-themed cruises in the Mediterranean this year. Passengers can join both on-board tastings and winery tours.Each cruise will also feature a Winemakers’ Dinner with a menu to match the featured grape varieties that will be served on board.

◗ Oceanographer and environmentalist Jean- Michel Cousteau will be guest speaker on voyages in the South Pacific with Paul Gauguin Cruises in April, July and November this year. As well as presenting videos of his work, he will also be accompanying several dives from the ship, also called Paul Gauguin.
