AGENCY MANAGER WANTED


Location: Worcestershire


Duties: Day to day running of agency, generating sales, staff training, marketing/advertising, customer service


Hours: 5 day week with Saturdays on a rota basis Salary: Negotiable depending on experience


Person: MUST have a good track record within the industry, maybe an assistant manager looking for advancement, be a positive and pro-active person with a can do attitude. Able to take the business forward, and be very flexible. Good telephone manner essential. Used to dealing with a wide range of clientele.


Outlet: Small independent agency in a tourist town. Excellent working conditions.

• Implemenng the AOA events programme, including the Gala Dinner, Annual Conference, smaller specialist conferences, devolved/regional roundtables, and occasional policy­related events • Coordinang events on the day • Liaising with members on event sponsorship opportunies


Member relaons • Developing and implemenng a schedule of member relaons acvies, including communicaons and meengs with airport and supplier members


• Maintaining and updang member informaon on the AOA website and LinkedIn, and in materials such as the markeng brochure • Coordinang member survey and focus groups polling, to ensure the AOA is idenfying and acng on feedback to improve services


• Producing a short annual plan on auding member services and recommending improvements
