Tam has revamped its business-class cabins
Latam kicks off revamped training programme with football incentive

Latam Airlines of South America has launched an updated training programme and is offering agents who complete it the chance to win two tickets to a Brazil v Chile football match. The programme, run in association with Online Travel Training, offers information on the Lan and Tam brands, routes and products, including the new Tam business-class, and the VIP lounge and terminal at Sao Paulo’s Guarulhos International airport. Agents who complete the course, which takes about 30 minutes, by March 23 will have the chance to be at the Brazil v Chile friendly at Arsenal’s Emirates stadium in London on March 29. The Latam Airlines Group was
formed by the merger of Lan and Brazil-based Tam in 2012.

upgrading the business-class cabins on Tam services from Heathrow, after removing the first- class cabin to provide more space. Latam’s UK and Nordic commercial director, Martin Modarelli, said: “All we sell in the UK is through travel agents, and we are thinking about growth. The trade has been good for us.” lanandtam
