Silversea’s Silver Wave promotion runs to end of month
Rebekah Commane Silversea Cruises is offering free suite upgrades and onboard credit in a new booking incentive. The Silver Wave campaign is
available on selected sailings for bookings made by December 31. The promotion offers guests a complimentary suite upgrade plus an onboard spending credit of up to $1,000 per suite that can be used for shore excursions, spa treatments, speciality restaurants, boutique purchases and more. Silver Wave is available on new bookings on 31 select voyages sailing in 2015, including classic and expedition itineraries. Two Asia sailings on Silver Wind (voyages 2502 and 2506) are available, one a nine-day sailing from Bali to Singapore in January, the other an 11-day sailing from Singapore to Hong Kong. HAL opens bookings for new ship Koningsdam Holland America Line has started taking bookings for new ship Koningsdam in the Mediterranean in 2016. The first sailing will be a seven-day cruise, followed by six 12-day itineraries. The maiden voyage departs from Civitavecchia (Rome), on February 20, 2016. Cruise-only prices start at £699, based on two sharing.

Seabourn plans first calls at Doha and Sir Bani Yas Seabourn will visit two new destinations in 2015. Doha will be the penultimate port of call on the line’s 18-day Gems of Arabia & Holy Land cruise from Athens to Dubai in October 2015, while Sir Bani Yas island will be the first stop on the Jewels of Arabia & India sailing from Dubai to Singapore in November 2015.
