Air India boosts frequency from Birmingham to daily Air India will increase its Birmingham service to Delhi and Amritsar to daily from December 21. The flights will be operated by a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The carrier currently serves the route four times a week. Flights depart Birmingham at 20.30.

Aeromexico beefs up Heathrow-Mexico City link Aeromexico will offer additional services from Heathrow to Mexico City next summer. The carrier will boost frequency from three flights a week to four in April and five in June. All services will be on board a Boeing 787, with departures on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from June.

Brand USA is to host a webinar next Wednesday to encourage agents to apply to attend its 2015 MegaFam in May.
The trip is being run in partner- ship with British Airways and American Airlines. Representatives of the three organisations will take part in the webinar and reveal more about itineraries and how agents can win a place on the trip. The webinar will take place at 11.30am on December 17 at

Discovery Program online training site. A National and State Parks module will go live by Christmas. The Las Vegas badge covers accommodation, dining options, nightlife and must-do experiences, while the National and State Parks badge, which is the result of a poll of the site’s agent members, will include details on parks across all regions of the US. Meanwhile, agents completing the Cirque du Soleil Specialist badge by noon on December 18 will be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to see the Kooza show in London in February.

Emerald Waterways has released new dates and availability for 2015 for its eight-day Danube Delights itinerary. The new departures are July 4 and 11, and August 8, 15 and 20. The river cruise line has

Emerald Waterways adds six summer sailings Emerald Waterways will start
its biggest television advertising campaign to date in January. The advert launches on Christmas Day, before the Queen’s speech, and will run throughout January. A 360-degree virtual tour of the
Star Ships and full itineraries are available on the website. By next summer the line will
be operating four vessels, all Star Ships: Emerald Star, Emerald Sky, Emerald Sun and Emerald Dawn.

Ryanair to operate weekly Stansted-Azores service Ryanair will base an aircraft in the Azores next spring, offering weekly flights between Stansted and Ponta Delgada from April 18. One-way fares for the three-and-a- half-hour flight start at £44.99.

Monarch targets French ski resorts with Lyon flight Monarch Airlines has added a winter service to Lyon, its second French ski destination. The weekly 07.10 flights from Gatwick will begin on December 27. The service will operate until April 11, offering access to Alpe d’Huez, La Plagne, Val d’Isère, Tignes, Meribel, Les Arcs and Val Thorens.
