handle parts as large as 90.6" (2300 mm) diameter x 72.8" (1850-mm) tall. The machine’s spindle head features milling, boring, and facing capabilities while delivering the benefi ts of a machining center for machining fl uid ends, large valve and pump bodies, bearing housings, and axle housings. A BAR spindle allows for additional reach and accessibility during machining. The HN100D-FC features heavy-duty boxway construction, large diameter precision ballscrews and AC digital servomotors. Rapid traverse rates of 787 ipm (20 m/min) and cutting feed rates to 236 ipm (6 m/min) maximize productivity. The HND-FC series also includes the smaller HN80D-FC model. SNK America Inc. Five-Axis Mill VMX42SRTi machining center with a direct-drive C-axis rotary table was designed with a rotary torque table to provide a larger work cube and promote manufacturing fl exibility. For fi ve-axis parts, the embedded C-axis rotary table supports taller parts due to more than 3.5" (89 mm) additional in Z axis. For three-axis work, the increased table size supports parts up to 42 × 24" (1067 × 609 mm) and travels in X,Y,Z axes are 42 × 24 × 24" (1067 × 609 × 609 mm). The machine is equipped standard with a 12,000 rpm spindle, a 40-station swing- arm automatic toolchanger, and rapids of 1378 × 1378 × 1181 ipm (35 × 35 × 30 m/min). The integrated Hurco control includes both conversational and NC pro- gramming modes. The mill, like all Hurco VMX models, is equipped with UltiMotion sophisticated motion control software. High-Precision Die/Mold VMCs Sirius three-axis vertical machining centers feature 20,000-rpm high-speed

spindles for the UM and UL+ models and 12,000-rpm spindle for the UX model. Equipped with integral motor spindles with jacket cooling and oil-jet cooled bearings and rigid roller linear guide ways, the machines deliver stable performance over

he name of the game is always profit making, we all know that. What you may not know about is the incredible power of the full CNC EPIC R/T, Hydromat’s flagship of our rotary transfer machine line-up.

Through some exceptional innovation, created right here in St. Louis, the EPIC R/T platform provides our partners with the ultimate in productivity resulting in exceptional profit making potential.

All across the country, with this advancement, small batch and part family production on EPIC machines are now an everyday occurrence as job lots get smaller and JIT inventory programs change the dynamics of what production means. Manufactured for small, medium and large production quantities, the EPIC R/T is a versatile, flexible production workhorse.

The key to this design is modularity. All of our EPIC machines feature EMC Technology, Embedded Motion Control, an advancement that gives each station its own control system integrated into each toolspindle unit resulting in a plug & play control architecture. Each axis of motion is fully independent and expands programmable functionality.

Hydromat EPIC R/T rotary transfer technology increases production and drives down costs per part, adding to your bottom line.

No other precision machine tool manufacturer is more ideally suited to increase your production and profit potential than Hydromat - your flexible solutions partner. Give us a call and we’ll discuss how Hydromat can help you fully realize your profit potential.
