FALCONBOARD offers you choices Regardless of your signage or display assignment, FALCONBOARD has a product to meet your needs. FALCONBOARD® Print is suitable for a variety of wide formats and digital processes where foam boards have traditionally been used. FALCONBOARD’S unique structure can handle the most demanding graphic display applications due to its superior rigidity and dimensional stability.
This enables printing directly onto the structure compared to most other display board configurations where you have to print first and then mount onto a rigid substrate. The lightweight display board accommodates most inks and adhesives and is heat-resistant up to 80 degrees Celsius. FALCONBOARD Build is recommended for short-term to semi-permanent interior point-of-purchase applications as a replacement for traditional wood or foam materials. The product works with most commercial connective systems such as edge tape, plastic or metal edging, and channels. It offers superior strength over traditional corrugated and foam board substrates.
Economical FALCONBOARD MOUNT is ideal for applications that do not involve direct print. Mount offers the structural characteristics of Print and Build, but utilizes kraft paper facings for a flat and smooth mountable surface. The newest product offering is FALCONBOARD® Print All White display board which has just been made available to the European marketplace. Ideal for demanding wide-format, digital printing applications, the rigid structure is an “all white” version of the company’s original FALCONBOARD Print. It features a solid bleached sulphate white core and liner. (The original version has a white clay- coated kraft liner and testliner paper core.)
