USCA and the promotion refl ects her strong performance and abilities as well as her interests in continuing to contribute even more to the growth of curling in the United States. As development associate, Hering will provide signifi cant support to the
USCA's programs guided by Growth & Development Director Kim Nawyn, who joined the USCA in 2011 and has made great strides in advancing sev- eral of the association's programs. T e development associate position will be primarily responsible for ad-

Hering also will assist with the administration of the SafeSport program; manage the membership database; assist Nawyn with the club liability insurance program; and provide general administra- tive support to various camps and clinics.
