An exciting new addition to British Ceramic Tile’s expanding portfolio is HD Origin. Created to imitate the appearance of real stone, the HD Origin collection has been manufactured in the UK using the very latest in high definition inkjet technology and takes stone effect ceramic tiles to a whole new level of design. Hard-wearing and cost effective, installation is much quicker than with real stone and there is no sealing
needed or special maintenance, making it a practical option in any home.
Another new collection launching this April is Cookhouse Character. The fourth addition to the Cookhouse collection, Character taps into the current trend for muted colour palettes and traditional rustic glazes. Featuring a handmade appearance and subdued colour scheme, Character is a truly timeless collection of ceramic tiles with a modern execution. Seven plain ceramic tiles in muted shades of white, cream, mink, cocoa, sage green, cornflower blue and wine are available in 10x10cm, 15x7.5cm and 10x30cm sizes, complemented by 22 co-ordinating décor tiles designed to add individuality to the range. The new range has been carefully created to cater for a wide range of kitchen styles and consumer tastes, and provides retailers and consumers with the opportunity to add a theme to any kitchen design.

Character’s subdued colour palette co-ordinates perfectly with these on-trend muted paint effects, enabling homeowners and designers to continue this timeless look though their tiles.” Character’s extensive range fuses together a wide range of contemporary and classic motifs including herb tiles which feature the words ‘sage, parsley and thyme’, together with images of coastal-themed crockery, cupcakes, flowers, berries and cutlery. All décors come in 10x10cm apart from sage, parsley and thyme, which are available in 15x7.5cm.
