The following members of the Nominating Committee were present: Greg Bachman, Bandy Silk, Jerry D. Sanders, Jimmy Wayne Smith, Mike McGuire and Don Head.

Jimmy Wayne Smith was nominated and elected as Chairman and Bandy Silk was nominated and elected as Secretary of the meeting.
The Chairman then stated that the purpose of the meeting was to nominate members of the Cooperative as candidates for Trustees of the Cooperative for the year beginning in Au- JXVW

received. A determination was made that the nominee(s) were members in good standing and resided in the directorial district for which they were nominated. The following nominations were then approved:
