Atradius has appointed Mike Thomas as head of risk services for UK & Ireland. Mr Thomas has nearly two decades of experience within Atradius, joining in 1999. He said: “Atradius’ USP is the value

Aberdein Considine has agreed a deal which will allow it to offer legal services across the entire United Kingdom for the first time. The Scottish-headquartered partnership has announced a long- term collaboration with Northern Ireland’s Wilson Nesbitt. The agreement follows the firm’s acquisition of Newcastle-based Wallers Solicitors last year. Rob Aberdein, UK partner in charge of lender services, said:

Craig White has been appointed UK chief operating officer at GFKL Lowell. He took up his new role on 3 April and replaces Andrew Bartle, who is leaving to develop new ventures. He will lead the UK Operations team. With a career in the financial sector that spans over 30-years, Mr
White joins GFKL Lowell from Domestic and General where he held the position of UK customer and sales director. He previously held senior roles with Capita, Barclays Bank and GE Money.
The Credit Services Association (CSA) has been included in the new register of apprenticeship training providers, aimed at improving the quality of apprenticeship delivery. The CSA said that it was already well progressed with its plans to
deliver apprenticeships to its members and other companies who are interested in the areas specialising in debt collection, compliance and leadership, and management.
