WASTE RECYCLING
CRJ make first purchase from innovative machinery range
Mobile recycling equipment company CRJ Services have purchased a Steelweld Strobe ECS 1500 mobile all-metal separator from Steelweld Enviro Products Ltd, the subsidiary business of Steelweld Fabrications Ltd.
It is the first of a new range of machines from Steelweld Enviro Products Ltd, a subsidiary business of Steelweld Fabrications Ltd. The 30 year old company manufactured
the range, including metal separators, blowers and trommels, as part of a collaborative project involving Steelweld Fabrications, Cheshire based CRJ Services and Matpro Machinery.
The Steelweld Strobe ECS 1500 works
effectively to separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals from a variety of waste streams. It is capable of dealing with a range of materials, including RDF, C&D reclaim, incinerator slag and biomass at a rate of up to 25TPH. The machine is equipped with crawler
tracks, an on-board diesel generator and hydraulic power packs, allowing for easy maneuverability – it can be transported on a low loader trailer without permits. CRJ added the mobile separator to their
diverse hire fleet enabling servicing of various material handling industries across the North West of England. Rob Symons, Director at Cheshire-based
CRJ Services Ltd, commented: “We recommend the new Strobe ECS 1500 due to its’ build quality and the fact it has been designed and manufactured by world renowned expert engineers. It is the best mobile magnet in the marketplace offering fantastic value for money.” Ben McQuaid, Matpro Machinery MD,
added: “All of the machines in the range are highly robust and perfectly engineered, and we believe the unique elements of the new Strobe ECS 1500 sets it apart from other mobile metal separators. “We are delighted to be selling the range of
machinery as exclusive dealers, across Ireland and the UK.”
