onsumers want memorable and immersive experiences with a fully developed narrative. With so much content now available to guests on a variety of platforms for viewing, media-based attractions need to present a compelling brand experience. Our theater attractions offer an incredible opportunity to create a transformative experience for guests that makes them feel like they are part of that universe. Our new FlyRide experience delivers an unparalleled flying theater adventure that allows people of all ages to step away from everyday life and gain a new perspective while soaring over the world’s most beautiful, awe- inspiring locations. Our FlyRide technology is perfectly paired with our expansive selection of exhilarating films. Stunning visuals on a giant screen with special effects deliver a captivating aerial adventure. Guests soar over mountain tops and skim over lakes in a ride that glides and tilts, creating an unforgettable experience. Our 4D Theater experiences are also

evolving. New theming and technology will be pulling the guest into the brand experience in a fully immersive way. We have identified what works and where we need to pivot to grow our products. Special effects are delivered more organically to the action on the screen and transition from preshow to theater will be seamless with new show enhancements including theatrical lighting and environmental audio to support the theme of the shows. Through strong, long-lasting partnerships with the world’s best studios, we have developed an expansive film library to accompany our cinematic technology. Our 4D edits will be developed closer to theatrical or platform release dates for higher impact and brand recognition. We are more focused than ever to provide content that aligns with our partners’ brands to deliver a relevant and memorable theatrical adventure to guests. Most recently, we partnered with BBC to launch “Octopus: Blue Planet II 4D Experience”, which has received rave reviews from audiences
since premiering in May 2021. Our custom production, “Mowgli’s 4D Jungle Adventure”, features memorable characters from a classic brand starring in a totally original storyline. Other 2021 family-friendly 4D releases include the modern classic, “SCOOB! 4D Experience”, and “The Bear & The Squirrel 4D”, an action- packed adventure from the producers of “Shaun the Sheep”.
The 4D Experience continues to be a successful model, delivering an impactful guest experience and revenue to our partner locations. SimEx-Iwerks will be announcing three new partner locations that will open by spring 2022. New FlyRide locations in Branson, Missouri and Wisconsin Dells opened in 2020 and we will announce additional locations by the end of 2021. SimEx-Iwerks believes the future is in FlyRide and 4D. We look forward to expanding our approach to the attractions industry to deliver the best guest experience for our partners worldwide.
