People on the move TF Solutions appoints James Boswell as MD

F Solutions has appointed James Boswell as managing director. He brings a


wealth of industry experience and leadership expertise to the role, having spent nearly a decade within the Travis Perkins Group, including as operations director at TF Solutions. He returns to the business after a tenure as regional director for pipeline and heating specialist, BSS, in the South and South West. With the experience gained


from his role at BSS, Boswell is eager to build upon the company’s strengths: “TF Solutions has a strong foundation. My goal is to simplify our approach, reinforce our core values, and provide a clear direction for the business. We will continue to focus on our strengths,

Paul Eagle appointed as new chair of BESA technical committee

he Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) has appointed Paul Eagle,


executive board technical director at BESA member company Dalkia UK, as the new chair of its technical committee. He succeeds Kevin Morrissey, who was recently appointed BESA’s new technical director.


Eagle brings over 25 years


of experience in the building services sector, having held senior engineering and technical leadership roles across the industry. In addition to his current position at Dalkia, Eagle is a chartered manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI), and a member of both the Chartered Institution of


Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET). His in-depth technical expertise and passion for raising industry standards make him a suitable leader for the committee during this period of rapid regulatory and technological change. Refl ecting on his time as chair and welcoming his successor, Morrissey said: “Serving as chair of the BESA technical committee has been a rewarding experience, and I am confi dent that Paul Eagle’s leadership will further enhance our technical initiatives. His deep industry knowledge and dedication to excellence will undoubtedly benefi t BESA and its members.” Eagle commented: “I am
